I had to check out early because I got called into work that night and went to checkout and said their system was down and come back in the morning for my deposit so after I got off I called and they said my room hadn’t been verified yet to call back around noon and I said that and they said the same thing so i took a nap and called 2 more times and went back to Kingsport and they keep giving me these excuses and not trying to give me my deposit back because they to lazy to go check a room and they had exactly 30 hours so far to do it but in the morning I’m going to go fill out a police report for theft because they can’t keep treating people like this.

Staff was nice

The room had dead roaches laying on the floor. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. The door key wouldn't work. The towels were stand with dirt.

I didn't stay because the room was disgusting

That rooms are filthy

Coach roaches falling from the ceiling and everywhere else in the room including on the bed. After notifying staff moved to a different room. This room was just as bad. Left after 1 hr.. was told no refund after 15 minutes. if I could score less I would.
