That it was within a comfortable driving distance.

The roaches, spiders, and their webs all over the place, the mildew stale smell, and the fact that I got bit by some bed bugs and / or spiders, which staff said they didn't have. Overall, it was not a good experience for me. 😕

The door would not lock or even close, and there were roaches throughout the whole room, even coming out of the refrigerator in freezer in the tub. I contacted the front desk to let them know of the situation and see if we could change our rooms. The staff was really nonchalant and basically said that we just had to deal with it because there was nothing they could do.

The staff was great

The room had a moldy smell.

This is NOT a hotel. It is only extended stay and will not accept reservations made on your website. Was told that it would cost thousands of dollars to rent. Since reservation was not honored, had to get a room at Red Roof Inn that cost over $200! This was false advertisement. It’s also a DUMP and lots of very sketchy people and activities were observed immediately. I want refund for hotel we had to stay in. If I knew beforehand I could have a room for around $100 at same place. Since it was last minute emergency to get room (I had the flu and was very sick so we had to find a REAL hotel). It cost over $200.

The staff was nice. And they fixed the bed issues the second night

Everything else. Had roaches hole in wall 1st night felt like I was falling off the bed. Where they put us needed major work and was sketchy. I know we didn’t pay a lot but this was overpriced for the condition

It has roaches rooms are out dated bed was held up by 2x4 s unless your in desperate need of a place to stay i would look on .

We did not even stay. Room was horrible. No elevator. Smelly. Lights did not work. Clientele around the property was scetchy. I asked for a refund and they told me to come back in the morning as the clerk had only been there 2 months and was not authorized to refund us. We found another hotel at 11:39 that night.
