Das Personal hat sich große Mühe gegeben. Vielen Dank. Und das Frühstück war okay

Die Bilder im Internet vermitteln ein geschöntes Bild. Es ist schon etwas abgerockt. Und es gab keinen Lift. Dafür musste man mit seinem Gepäck über die Treppen mit Feuerschutztüren, die sauschwer waren. Ich hatte die mehrfach im Rücken, Und zusätzlich war die Eismaschine im ersten Stock kaputt. Und die im Erdgeschoss war halb auseinandergebaut. Klimaanlage hat stark gerochen, haben wir ausgemacht.

Breakfast and location were fine

All of the rooms (4) I booked had a bad MILDEW SMELL. Shower wasn’t cleaned had someone else’s hair on the shower walls

All round good but the room smelling is bad

The front desk people were great

It smelt weird. Needed to be painted in a lot of places tub didn’t drain well it just seemed a little ran down

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The beds are were so comfortable.
