Clarion Pointe Marshall

The property was clean, comfortable, and safe. The service was excellent and the food was basic, bland, and unremarkable...exactly as expected. Fortunately there were other choices to eat nearby.

The breakfast was a big joke! They had eggs and sausage but it was COLD and OLD, the waffle maker was dirty and had old waffles stuck in it. The tables were dirty and unbalanced. Asked a young man to attend to the waffle maker, he wiped it, but still not clean, then went back to playing on his phone. It was the worst hotel breakfast experience I've ever had.

The lobby and breakfast area didn't have any ac so they brought in huge fans. During the night the ac went out in our room, it was very hot.

I liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room

Staff is Amazing! Room was humid and musty. Definitely some water damage somewhere. Wish tbere was a way to know that most of these rooms were being used longterm by workers. traveling with 2 teenage girls and just didnt feel comfortable letting them out of room without me.

My pillow was not comfortable this time. Everything else was great.

Restaurant was wonderful! Excellent menu. Pool area was very clean. And breakfast fresh and hot, and set up on time for we early travelers

We’ve stayed here three times while traveling to see family. My only complaints this time are that two of my pillow cases didn’t look completely clean. Then, the next morning part of the floor felt damp & slick. We couldn’t tell what caused it. I did slip & fall, but wasn’t hurt. We put some towels down over it & that seemed to take care of it. Everything else was great & we enjoyed the free breakfast options. Despite the issues, we will stay there again.
