"Perfect beach resort."

Clean and spacious room. Conveniently facing the Beach. Possibility to park the car directly in front of the room. Great dinner restaurant.

"Great two-night stay."

Room was spacious and clean! Great quiet location! Parking was easy and pool and beachfront were exceptional. On-site restaurant had a good breakfast selection- pastries or full breakfast.

Quoted rate did not include resort fees- they were not upfront about the additional cost. We were surprised at check in.

"Loved the resort and Sanibel Island is so relaxing. Will definitely stay again if we visit Sanibel."

Beach access was easy. Room was clean and comfortable with nice, modern bathroom. Pool was very nice and convenient.

The only downside was no washing machines. It would have been nice to wash and dry clothing as wet beach clothes are quite unclean after a few days.

"We brought family from out of town to enjoy the beach and abundance of shells."

Proximity to the beach. Pina colada at pool bar was very good. Access to lounge chairs was good too. Bug Spray at front desk great. Fish and chips at burger restaurant good. Coffee from on site stand good. Although employee did not know type of coffee they were selling.

Room had an odor and floor looked dirty. Very thin blanket on bed. Phone in room was inoperable. No information book in room. No TV guide. TV needs updating so we could stream movies on TV. Need extra blanket and pillows in room. Refrigerator froze everything. Exterior door did not close properly. Key lime pie at burger restaurant poor.
