The check in person was not nice

Room was filthy. Pool area was gross with dead plants all over, along with dead plants in hallway. Rude staff at desk. Asked for receipt at checkout and they couldn’t provide it. They never cleaned the room in the 2 days we were there. We had to ask front desk for towels, and she was rude about it. No clean towels in pool area. A company is having their employees stay there long term, and they are drinking and high in parking lot and in pool area. This was a family trip, and we left pool area because of the drunk guest getting high in hot tub dropping f bombs.

Nice, clean hotel, specious room, restaurants around

Nice, quiet and friendly staff.

The pet room was disgusting and the employees were well aware and it is what it : gross! Hair all over bathroom, broken lamp, & smelly room. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful, but the male manager was rude and unprofessional.

Black hair found in tub

Not much. Room was not very clean, sink didn't drain fast, stains on towels, hairdryer did not work, pillows smelled, afraid to walk barefoot on carpet, drapes worn out, screen on TV very dirty and small, not enough light, toilet too low, grout dirty, shower curtain dirty--everything looks dark, depressing, dirty and worn out. Anxious to leave!

The "scrambled" eggs were actually hard and tasteless--couldn't eat them. Only one choice of yogurt, no bakery, and no other protein available. I would say don't bother. Maybe I'm mistaken, but I thought it was a no-pets hotel. There was a dog barking in the room next to mine.

Everything was perfect!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
