Stanford Inn & Suites Anaheim

I loved my two-day stay here. I was able to drop off my bags at the front desk first thing in the morning because I arrived early to go to Disney. The breakfast was really good compared to breakfasts in the U.S. The park is very close by, and you can take the bus from the parking lot right out front. Overall, it was great—I’d go back a thousand times.

Not just at the hotel, but in many places across the U.S., contactless credit card payments aren’t accepted. I had to put down a $100 deposit, but I didn’t have a physical credit card, let alone cash—who carries cash these days? I’m totally behind the times in that regard. I had to pay with a debit card, and as of today—13 days after the trip—the refund still hasn’t been processed. I’ve been waiting.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was nice option and rooms were clean.

Mattresses are extremely uncomfortable and rooms smell musty

Staff displayed excellent customer service. They were friendly, kind, and helpful. Room was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Parking on site was extra. The cost per day adds up plus tax.

Camas grandes !

A limpeza do lugar não é das melhores , o tapete que está no chão sempre com cheiro de mofo quando pedimos para ter a limpeza e troca de toalhas o chão e os balcões nunca foram limpos !

Limpio, las camas y baños nítidos y eso me gustó mucho, en general toda la habitación limpia, bien provista de toallas, gel de ducha, de manos, body lotion y otros detalles. El precio fue muy bueno para la excelente ubicación, cerca del Centro de Convenciones de Anaheim, se puede ir andando e incluso a Disneyland, sin embargo, se toma el autobus en la principal y llegas en menos de 15 minutos sin tráfico. Todo limpio, bonito y oliendo bien, puertas adentro de la habitación. El desayuno bufé completo y variado, sólo recomendaría cambiar a un yogur que sea como que yogur verdadero y no con tanto ingredientes raros.

Las instalaciones por fuera, el lobby huele mal y se ve de muy poca calidad en comparación a lo que se recibe en la habitación que está mucho mejor. Además sugiero que la imagen personal de las recepcionistas mejore, con una política de vestimenta o uniforme talvez, sin ánimo de ofender a nadie.
