2泊しました。常時スタッフはいないと書いてあったので多少の不安はありましたが、チェックイン時はスタッフが待機していて色々と説明してくれました。周りは住宅街でコンビニが少し離れているのがちょっと不便でしたが、静かで過ごしやすかったです。スタッフがいないのはちょっと不安もありますが、滞在中特に問題はなかったのです。街の中心地までは3キロ程離れているのが難点？ですが、行きはぶらぶら歩いて、帰りはバスに乗りました。駅に近い方が便利と考えるか？中心地に近い方が良いか？だと思います。

照片與實際入住沒甚麼差異，環境整潔乾淨，硬體設備有的老舊沒有修繕(浴室淋浴間的門缺一扇，水會噴出，無法乾濕分離，陽台門無法密合…等)，白天會有飛機飛過的聲音，還好晚上睡覺時間不會，整體算不錯。

在火車站附近，周圍機能非常便利，房間和浴室都非常寬敞舒服，也很乾淨！房東人很好，對入住時間遲到的我們，還是很友善的協助我們入住流程~公共空間很美，很舒適令人放鬆！下次來花蓮還會很想再次入住！
