It was nice and pleasant and they were able to accommodate my request.

Overall pretty good for the price. The young lady at check in was very helpful. She even came to check out and resolved the TV remote not working. Bed and pillows were comfortable for my taste and there was very little outside noise. Pool looked clean. A/C worked good. Only a couple of concerns- the toilet is one of the old, short ones which is difficult for older adults. Consider a handicap accessible room if you need taller toilet. Lobby smelled musty but not the room. Bathroom door had some damage on the bottom corner so did not close tightly but was not an issue for us. There were not many plugs beside the beds and since my husband needed his BiPap machine, phones were plugged in across the room.

They can improve how the bed is because it slips when you try to get in it the toilet is too low it needs to be a little higher and the crickets that's all

The property was clean & updated. The staff was nice.
