"Very comfortable."

Bed was very comfortable. Rooms were well sound proofed so neighbors weren’t heard.

The clerk at check-in didn’t tell me they automatically charge a $25 incidental fee upon check in. This was a surprise to me when it showed on my credit card since she didn’t tell me to expect it. Since I didn’t use anything incidental that amount will be returned to me but that’s not the point.

"Our stay in Lumberton Fairfield Inn"

Parking was handy to entrance; A/C worked fine. Nearby door to parking lot had a broken lock that contributed too noisy door slamming. Nearby Arnolds restaurant was very excellent.

"room 220 had obstructed view"

The check in was fast, the hotel was clean. Room 220 had a completely obstructed window. I could not see my vehicle and they had warning signs for parking at your own risk. So I was up worried about my vehicle. The hotel was not full so I wish they had moved my room. Which I did inquire.
