The lady that checked us in was so helpful and an absolute joy

The beds was hard and no one took out the trash on Saturday

Dirty and super sketchy

Hallway carpet coming off. Room carpet felt sticky. Torn pillow covers. Clogged drain. Smoke smell in the lobby. Avoid at all costs. Some lights didn't work. The top images are very deceiving. It's in a very sorry state.

It did not look like the pictures on the website..it needs major renovations and major upgrades..why don't these hotels do some remodeling every couple of years..people pay there hard earned money to stay and don't want to stay in rooms with paint peeling off the walls,dirty dingy carpets,stained couches and chairs,mold in bathrooms and towels that dont look and feel clean

I am so proud of them with cleaning and making sure the guests are not hanging out in the lobby area and keeping prices affordable and the property secure

This last time I booked the room and didn't get a chance to stay i was told the hotel was full and if there was a room available I would have to pay a extra $25 but I still got charged and I didn't stay there
