The room smells of smoke !! And the whole place is a bit tired

A very tired hotel in a sketchy neighborhood. Now that they no longer have an airport shuttle there isn't much reason to stay there.

Location to airport.

First of all it's a cash transaction property which was NOT advertised ahead of time. They had an atm by the desk for you to use which was NOT user friendly...even the employee at the desk had a difficult time using it. Lastly, NO bath towels were provided to take a quick shower in the morning. Did not notice they were "missing" until I was read to jump in shower before catching a plane. They did have two wash cloths & two hand towels

It was on the hood and their were very few references to Elvis and it looked nothing like what it was advertised in the inside. The room was not fit to stay in and it had mold on the floors which were carpets and the ceiling was caving in the bathroom, the beds were completely worn out and sunk in, dirty, and me and my children were afraid to go to sleep. I called the front desk and immediately told them and sent pictures about the disgusting microwave, bent and broken lampshades, broken in with one latch door locks, two elevators were out of order and etc… The only thing that was good was the front desk staff and the manager didn’t mind giving me my money back. I will never book a room there again.
