Terrance sucks! If you want someone to ignore you and lie/belittle you, Terrance is your man! He was rude when we asked simple questions on how the shuttle worked or about check in. He argued with many guests while we were there and he would tell different information based on who talked to him. The room was wonderful and the hotel was clean but the staff was very short with us. Sarah the nighttime front desk worker was very polite and I appreciated her. Terrance needs some people skill training. There were so many people staying for Louder Than Life and are from out of state so we relied on the Hotel to help us with local information and they acted like we were such a nuisance to have.

Just coffee

I stayed for 6 nights. It was one of those typical low-quality US hotels. The furniture in the lobby was very outdated, old, and unhygienic. The elevator was also very dirty and old. Breakfast was very poor; it was served with plastic cutlery and paper plates. Pork and regular meat were served side by side. The furniture in the room was also old. The bathroom was not suitable for proper hygiene, and as a Muslim, I had a very hard time. The staff at the reception were very rude and disrespectful. They couldn’t even manage to deliver the food I ordered from Uber Eats to my room, and it ended up costing me an extra 21 USD. When I asked for drinking water, they rudely told me that I had to pay for it, even though it is usually provided for free. In my opinion, this is a weak hotel that does not deserve such high prices at all.

clean, good hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was nice. My room itself, however, on the first floor was dingy and smelled bad (kind of like chlorine and mold). The bed was comfortable, but the AC unit ran loudly and constantly, but never cooling off the room, so the room felt sticky.

The breakfast was great and we loved the variety.

The staff were incredible. So thoughtful - the shuttle drivers who drove us back n forth to a music festival nearby - with all the crazy traffic and people. The woman in charge of the breakfast - keeping food stocked, walking around asking if anyone needed anything else, the front desk friendly staff. Also the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was overpriced for a hotel of this type but all hotels overcharged around the music festival so value for money was low but I understand why.

The team was great in assisting with early check and and getting us back from our concert with a shuttle! Rooms were clean and staff was friendly!
