"Good hotel"

Room clean, bed comfortable. We had a view of the water. The road is in front of the hotel but from the 7 th floor we weren't bothered by road noise. The music was excessively loud in the lounge so we ate in the restaurant. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. We didn't have a free breakfast voucher. Not sure how you get those.

"Old hotel in convenient location."

Great location for exploring waterfront and historic neighbourhood on foot.

The hotel is badly in need of renovation. There is nothing "grand" about the Rodd Grand Yarmouth. There are chunks out of the wall by the elevators, and the whole property is shabby.
