"A must stay"

Felt very welcomed by Keegan upon my arrival. He was friendly and always had a smile on his face. When I checked out, Dylan greeted me as soon as I stepped out of the elevator, made sure everything was OK and welcomed me to come back anytime.

"All in all, it was a really comfortable and accommodating place to stay minus the fact that the restaurant wasn’t open o"

I actually like that it was an old historic building

What I didn’t like was the pool area there was a lot of hair in and around the outside of the pool along the walkway. It was pretty gross actually.

"Needs some upgrades"

This hotel need some upgrades we went in dec/25 had no heat in the room and we went back feb/26 and had plumbing issues, thank God they have good staff there

I booked 7 rooms for our annual Valentines together. It's my hometown so I love to show if off. This was our 5th year and the Grand never disappoints. I can't say enough about the front desk staff. They go above and beyond to cater to our needs. I always book through Dylan. He is very helpful and professional.
