The host was good, clean.

Kitchen tiny. Only two toilets, two showers. Space is very limited.

Luca, el responsable fue muy amable. La camas eran muy cómodas y limpias, así come el piso y los baños. La única cosa un poco incómoda fue el calor durante la noche.

Luca is genuinely one of the best people I’ve ever met in a customer facing role. He’s amazing!

Am besten an der Herberge 👍 war der Lucas. Immer aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sauber alles top 👍👍👍

Zu wenig Wäschemöglichkeiten. Nur zwei Toiletten 😁. Bei vielen Menschen sehr eingeschränkt. Aber Lucas macht alles gut 😌👋👋👋

The Albergue Porta Real is in a great location for pilgrims. Cafes, lovely bread store, two grocery stores , many restaurants, pharmacies, just in the midst of everything necessary. The managing host Luca always with a smile and a nice greeting, is truly an asset to the property, he can speak a variety of languages, knows the city very well, can make recommendations a wealth of information. He also keeps the Albergue extremely clean and organized. I stayed 12 nights due to an injury and enjoyed every day. I highly recommend Albergue Porta Real. Excellent service.

I would look forward to the awning out front being put back on, the table and chairs out there are also a nice feature, the shade from the awning would be very nice, fresh air and watching the pilgrims pass on the way to the cathedral.
