Clarion Inn & Conference Center Lewiston

The location was the only good thing about the place.

The pool was shut down and they had no continental breakfast. Considering that was what I was booking the room for so the kiddos could have fun in the pool and have breakfast in the morning but we couldn't do any of that we had to spend more money out of pocket that we didn't expect to but we still made the best of a shitty ass situation.

No restaurant available even though it was advertised on the website. The pool was not available again even though advertised. Was not notified when checked in about pool and restaurant closed. Had a person who has a prosthetic leg and there are no elevator, asked for first floor was told not able to do that. Asked for call from manager, never received. Definitely will not stay here again.

Adequate parking with friendly staff.

Under construction, no pool, no restaurant, they were hammering and banging in an adjoining room at 1am! Booking site lists food and pool available.the bathroom was 6’x6’ with the smallest toilet I’ve ever seen!

I chose this hotel simply as it was closest to my granddaughter who lives in Lisbon. It far exceeded my expectations. The owner/manager Gobind Singh Sangha, his wife and their entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room and the whole facility was immaculately clean. They soon will have a restaurant/bar. For now, they directed me to several nearby places to eat and my refrigerator was large enough to stock basics. The value for price was top-notch. It will be where I always stay when visiting this region.

I loved the extremely helpful staff, the cleanliness of my room and entire property. It's such a great value for the price and far exceeded my expectations.

As their restaurant was under construction, I had to go out to eat but there were several options nearby. I think it will be far better once restaurant/bar onsite opens. I wish this section didn't have a frown icon as it wasn't bad.

Room was clean. NO phone in rooms. No staff at front desk in evening. No way to contact the property. Phone calls NEVER answered. Been calling since day we checked out, cannot get ahold of ANYONE. Poor customer service. I understand they are remodeling, and rebuilding services, but they need to be able to be reached. I left my phone behind, still trying to get it mailed to me!
