My room was cocroach infested! After noticing the 1st one I started to look around. In under half hour I saw overall 10 roaches in 4 different sizes/stages of life. I believe it was the brown banded cocroach. It was too late for me to move hotels. They gave me another room and a number to call for complaints. Won't be going there again.

"I HATE Hotels.com!!!!!!!!"

I went online to book March 22nd, only they changed the date to the 23rd, which was impossible because I was heading out of Orlando back home on Sunday evening, March 23rd. This hotel has a non-refundable policy, but I stayed there on Saturday night. They SHOULD refund the money I inadvertently paid for March 23rd.

"U.S. Steel Shooting Championship "

The property was in a good location, the front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The property is aged, and we were told that they were getting ready for a renovation. We had only one issue with the keycard and access initially which i would attribute to the age of the facility, but their employees took care of it quickly...
