Gute Lage, Innenstadt gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Parking 200 Meter vom Hotel in einem öffentlichen Parking ist ok. Das Frühstück ist gut und vielfälltig.

Der Resaurantbetrieb ist eher Nebensasche. Wir bestellte Essen war gut. Danach war jedoch nicht mehr viel mit bedienen oder abräumen. Die beiden Empfangsherren diskutieren und lachten, ohne abzuräumen oder noch kurz nachfragen ob alles ok ist. Auch vor dem Hotel waren die Tisch mit leeren Gläser noch voll obwohl keine Personen mehr da waren.

Personeel is vriendelijk. Kamers groot en fijne bedden. Ontbijt was perfect. Niks op aan te merken

Les oreillers ! Pas le choix entre un tout gros et un plus mince

de ontvangst in het hotel was erg vriendelijk, de uitstraling en de aankleding van het hotel is superleuk, weer eens wat anders, top! De kamer was prima en lekker schoon.. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid. Dus... helemaal okay..!

Misschien een iets grotere lift.. Verder helemaal niks..

Very central. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast.

Housekeeping on request only...Under the banner of being environmentally friendly: seriously?! The maid making the beds, emptying the bins, etc. do not affect the environment. Changing towels every day or hoovering would. Also, the safe in the room broke down the first night, informed reception: assured us it would be fixed promptly. By the time we checked out on the fourth day, it was still not done, no apologies given. At checkout they try to charge an extra £97 pounds, even though the rooms and city taxes were paid in advance. There were no extra charges to the room, had to wait 25 mins while the staff were trying to figure it out, in the end it was their mistake, again no apologies given.
