Hotel was clean and quiet

Check in. There were several people trying to check in and no one could succeed - we each tried in turn. We called the helpline but it was an office hours only number so no good at 8pm. Then one of the people checking in noticed that you had to input your date of birth - this was not apparent as it was partly hidden behind the on screen keyboard - problem solved. I wanted to mention this at breakfast the following morning but there were no staff to be seen - and that is why I've marked staff poorly: they may have been excellent but I never saw anybody.

Hatte ein Zimmer für drei Personen gesucht und im A2 Plochingen auch gefunden. Es war ausreichend groß, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Self-Checkin auf Grund später Anreise sehr praktisch. Kaffee, Wasser und Obst ganztägig verfügbar plus Frühstück auch To-Go - perfekt.

Der Man der uns am 20.8.23 bedient für Frühstück war Sehr freundlich er hat uns neue Croissants gebacken und nach Würstchen gefragt was wir möchten. Am 21.8.2023 war das Gegenteil. Eine Frau war in Dienst, da war kein Croissant mehr da nach dem ich gefragt ob vielleicht noch Croissant gibt, Sie meinte, Croissant ist alle nach, nach 5 Sekunden sagt Sie dann muss ich ja backen gehen und sie hat uns gefragt wieviel wir möchten, ich habe gesagt 2, und sie hat nur 2 für uns gebacken. Meine Meinung ist, warum tut sie nicht einfach bisschen mehr als 2 Croissant backen vielleicht die nächsten wollen auch noch. Aber sonst Hotel Ansicht ist super war alles ok. Nur ein bisschen warm in Sommer weil Zimmer ist nicht klimatisiert.
