Havana Cabana at Key West

We stayed at Havana Cabana for 3 nights. It was an absolute blast. The staff was so kind and accommodating and the pool area really gave that Cuban vibe! We utilized the shuttle to get to town with no issues. All around great place to stay!

Out stay at Havana Caban was amazing! From our check in hospitality, to the quick check in communication via text a few minutes after we arrived in our hotel room to see how our room was, made us feel immediately comfortable to begin a great vacation at Havana Cabana - Keywest A special mention to Val and Lana at the pool bar, who were exceptional bartenders, and made our libations at the bar, a top quality experience. We will be back on a future vacation, and thank you Havana Cabana!

The flooding and having to wade through dirty water in the food truck courtyard. The parking lot was also always flooded.

Our stay at Havana Cabana Key West was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the impeccable service we received throughout our visit. Every member of the staff was kind, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel at home. Their warmth and attention to detail created an atmosphere that made our vacation even more enjoyable and relaxing. A very special thank you goes to Rosalyn Jordan, who went above and beyond to make our stay feel truly special. Her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. She consistently exceeded expectations and made us feel valued and appreciated every step of the way. Thank you to Rosalyn and the entire Havana Cabana team for creating such a memorable experience. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Key West.

Pool was nice. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Drinks were good

Rooms were small but decent. The fridge didnt close prooerly and wouldnt stay cold. Shuttle driver stevie is awesome, jackie not so much. Lots of kids even though advertised as adult only.
