Bagni pessimi, colazione non sufficiente

I arrived at scheduled check in time and the host was not on site to let me in to the building or the apartment. Another guest let me into the building. It was pure fluke that I got in. The only instructions I received from the host was arrive at the address and ring the bell. When I contacted the host via WhatsApp I was told he was in Rome, and not available - how as I supposed to get in? I was then asked to provide my passport details via WhatsApp. I refused. The windows in the room did not open and the entire apartment smelled like disinfectant. Why? The bed was a glorified futon on a stand alone frame. The automatic light sensors in the hallways did not work so the common areas of the apartment were pitch dark most of the time. In the kitchen there was old coffee left in the machine that had not been cleaned up. Overall the experience was so bad that I left and did not stay for either of the two nights of my booking.

Communication. Service. Security. The experience of a guest house and a hostel should be different. I have been in better hostels. As a guest house, I expected to meet the hosts as part of the travel experience, I did not. My full name was taped to the door of the room I was assigned the key was in the lock. The guests who let me in and toured me around the apartment, told me the host was never there. The concierge of the building, who was not there when I arrived, confirmed this when I left. Had I known the host would not be present to check me in/out I would not have booked at this location. I entered the building and cancelled my stay within 5 hours. On the basis of this experience, I requested a refund and was offered only a partial refund despite a total lack of service and certainly not a 8.3 level experience.

Struttura molto carina e particolare, in ottima posizione, pulita con camere ampie, ottimo servizio al cliente, molto accogliente, il proprietario molto simpatico e disponibile, se dovesse ricapitare l’occasione ci tornerei.

Una pecca sostanziale le porte interne, o forse solo la nostra, che era come se non ci fosse per i rumori della zona breakfast, ma comunque è stato un bel soggiorno.

Le propriétaire je pense à été acceuillant au téléphone, mais la qualité de la chambre du Point de vue rapport qualité prix, est incorrecte !! La douche à l'italienne a l'extérieur de la chambre n'était pas propre La chambre n'était pas chauffé nous avons dormi ma fille et moi habillé en manteau tellement il faisait froid !! J'ai écrit aux environs de 22h au Monsieur qu'il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre il n'était pas connecté. C'est au petit matin qu'il à mit le chauffage et en me disant qu'il fallait juste augmenter le thermostat qui se trouvait dans le couloir ( il fallait le savoir !!)) En effet nous avons demandé une chambre avec options acceptons les animaux de compagnie pour notre chiot. Mais a l'arrivée a force peut être de faire dormir des animaux et par manque de qualité de nettoyage la chambre avait une odeur insupportable.

Tout Pour une nuit à 60€. , la qualité laisse à désirer j'ai eu mieux

Guest House Roma a Genova è davvero una scelta ottima se cercate una sistemazione centrale: si trova in via Roma, a due passi dal teatro e da Piazza De Ferrari. L’appartamento è in un palazzo storico ed è stato adattato per affittare le camere. I lavori di ristrutturazione sono artigianali, ma tutto è pulito e funzionale. I bagni in comune sono tre e, essendo esterni alle camere, risultano sempre disponibili. La disponibilità di Pietro, il proprietario, e del suo collaboratore è eccezionale: sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi necessità. Anche se la colazione non è inclusa, i servizi sono ottimi: cialde di caffè, brioche o fette biscottate, bollitore per tè, succhi e acqua sempre disponibili nel frigorifero. La camera 3, seppur arredata in modo semplice, è molto ampia e luminosa, con una splendida finestra d’epoca che dà su via Roma, un tavolino con due sedie, stile retrò, TV e frigorifero. Se non si hanno aspettative alte sull’arredamento e sulle rifiniture, la posizione e il rapporto qualità/prezzo sono davvero eccellenti.
