"Horrific"

I had 2. Consecutive reservations...when I checked in I told the clerk I have 2. Wed, then Thurs-Sun. He took my information and handed me my key and said 'ok, you' re good to go'. Next day I get email for a cancellation fee for Thurs-Sun....I had with my my 87 year old mother. I was told to immediately purchase a new reservation at nearly 4times the original price but I could not because I had to leave for an event in Daytona. When I returned later in evening...I was met with aggression and degrading treatment only to find Police knocking in my door ready to charge me with tresspassing!!! I was still on the phone with motel 6 Customer service trying to figure out what happened. Horrific experience to say the least. I was forced at 10pm along with my frightened mother.

"This is a cockroach infested room intended for short, several hour, long stays."

Nothing.

The sign on the door said "for your protection engage the deadbolt and the security bar". There was also a sign that said I could request clean sheets!

Closeness to the track.

No towels in the room. Asked for towels but no housekeeping on duty so we couldn’t get towels.. Small roaches in bathroom.
