the staff not helpful. they make pay in front for anything including k food .the very cold pool and jucrozi water. must have a ride ( to get around)

private pool was lovely good distance from the strip met a ginger kitten called fred - feed him if u see him

a lot of ants if food left

Hotel was fantastic along with the staff. We loved having our own pool.

No one to carry our bags down the stairs or up.

Beautiful hotel, own private pool was amazing! Food was fantastic and the staff were all so friendly accommodating!

Great location (if you have a car), we got to the hotel from the airport in 20 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the barman Maritsa :) Pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, nice design, clean rooms.

Although the breakfast was generally good, there is a lack of better quality coffee

Great location. 10/15 minute walk to centre where there is plenty of restaurants and bars. More of a quiet location which we loved. Private pool was gorgeous

The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, housekeeping knocked on our room at 8am very early and didn’t return again so we had to go ask for clean towels etc
