Trotz Fahrstuhl bleiben immer noch einige Stufen, die v.a. mit Gepäck etwas beschwerlich sind.

Delicious breakfast and dinner! The room was modern, quiet and very comfortable for great sleeping. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

Excellent stay! The check-in was efficient. We had 3 rooms for our family of 6, including grandparents. The hotel has an elevator which was appreciated for our elderly parents. We were very satisfied with the rooms, as they were exactly as pictured on booking! The flower boxes outside all had fresh flowers in bloom, a nice surprise for October. The breakfast room is wonderful, like stepping back in time, but of course with modern comforts. It is not possible to be more central in historical Bacharach. I can speak German, but my family does not, and the staff accommodated with good English skills. I personally had my best rest of our vacation so far here. The bedding was comfortable and we appreciated the climate control at night. Other guests we talked to were also very satisfied with the hotel. Congratulations to the whole team at the hotel for a good experience!
