The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The location was excellent. A bit overpriced for my liking, but we paid early FIFA rates.

Careful of the deck in the shower. I neglected to locate the shower mat and did an old man slip and fall in the shower. The shower was very nice by the way.

"Our stay was excellent from start to finish, from accommodations to excellent service!"

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, modern and clean. The staff was extremely helpful. They held our luggage, arranged for cabs, provided map and touring recommendations, and even brought us a plunger when we needed it.

Not a thing! We would definitely go back!

We stayed our last night at this hotel. It was very good. The parking was very easy and the internet access was great. The hotel is in the city center and very close to good restaurants. I would book this hotel again. The room was very clean. Also it was great to be near stadion vancouver and to know that the WM will take place there. Thanks that we could stay at your hotel.
