"Amazing"

Tiffany and Senita are amazing! Highly recommend! I was here for a business meeting and was met with hospitality and friendliness. While here with coworkers, we never did without. I would definitely choose this location in the future for any events.

For the most part, this stay was good. There was just one desk attendant who kind of rude about my request for a tea bag. She said I'd have to pay which is fine, but didn't have a price off hand. She also didn't try to get one. Everyone else was awesome, but I hope that desk attendant learns to be kind to people in need.

It was absolutely horrible! They canceled my reservation due to not having any contact information. Which is absurd to me because how did you not have information but tried to charge my card?!! I called them earlier in the day to let them know that I would be checking in late. They tried to charge my card but it was locked so it declined and that was another reason why they “canceled the reservation “ but I had the option to pay at property!! The staff was highly disappointing! Didn’t try to accommodate or anything!
