Urdartindur Guesthouse and Cottages

Posizione stupenda con vista sul mare in una zona veramente remota.

Stato della struttura un po' trascurato.

Very nice, modern, large and clean room and the same to be said for the bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Fridge in the room.

The kitchen was like a camping one, located in a basement with few tools and small cookjng/washing station

Badkamer erg klein, zoals vaak in IJsland Jammer dat er geen ontbijt geserveerd wordt

Total neues Zimmer. Erstbezug. Aussicht vom Haus auf die Landschaft.

Gemeinschaftsküche fühlt sich an wie in einem Skikeller. Anreise vom letzten großen Dorf nochmal 2 Stunden Schotterpiste für ca. 100 km. Es geht nicht weiter von daher bei Abreise gleiche Fahrt zurück.

Everything was very clean and nicely prepared. Keys in the cabin on the table for easier check-in. The road from Holmavik is in a bit more difficult condition, but if you'll handle it, you'll find there nice accommodation. I would recommend it for sure :)

We got moved to a first floor room due to the second story room being to cold. The first room was nicely appointed and comfortable, The staff was very responsive and helpful and solve the issues very fast, The drive to get here was long and arduous but what a scenery.

First room was a bit cold, it looked like a problem with the heating system, We did loose a fantastic view of the beach. The drive to get here was a bit rough, I don't think a 2-wheel drive car could have made it, but what a fantastic view.
