Comfortable and well-appointed rooms that remained quiet even with a lot of noisier people at the hotel.

Too many kids roughhousing around the pool and hot tub to visit either thing. Not enough gluten free items available at meals.

Staff was friendly and accommodating to our request to split our bill between us. They gave prompt service and were friendly. They also were willing to show us a room for my friend who is disabled and needed to see the room layout. The hotel is only a year old (April 2025), so everything is new and beautiful! The beds are very comfortable and everything was in working condition. Just a side note, we learned if you are staying for more than one day, and want your room cleaned, you need to request it, as it is not automatic. Our hotel package had a free buffet breakfast that was very good and even had free dinner also with alcoholic drinks! I recommend going early for the dinner, because this is quite popular for guests (before the food runs out).

This hotel is great, but I wish they had real cream packets and tea as an option in the room. The only other thing that wasn't quite right is the refrigerator was turned down too cold and made strange sounds for the first day. We couldn't figure out where the sound was coming from, but once I turned the refrigerator temperature to normal, it stopped. That was the only issue. We really liked this hotel and felt it was an excellent value!
