At Home Inn & Suites

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spacious, well kept and smelled clean. It’s an older building but its very well maintained. Pool was big and clean and good in size. Plenty of parking space and very clean as well, no trash, no bums or suspicious activity. Very quiet and cozy. We requested room service and were done promptly. Overall, we’d stay here again. Theres also a lot of places nearby to grab coffee or food.

My husband and I have stayed at this property previously when home visiting family. Previously the property was decent (clean, nice staff, meet expectations of price). This time (4th visit) was absolutely horrible. We will never return to this property again. I don't know what has happened over the years (stayed last year) but the property has gone down. Either take the price of stay down or bring property up to standards. We've stayed in the main building twice, which both times were pleasant. Stayed in building #2 last year, it was decent. This time we were in building #3. The floors were sticky and dirty; the room had a funny smell to it and kept moisture (they still had the DampRid moisture bag still hanging in the hallway). The staff knocked on the door 9:15a to do housekeeping on July 4th. Left before we could answer and never returned any other days (we stayed 3 days). We saw roaches, neighbors walked all times of the night making noise (even popped an extremely loud firework in the parking lot at 2a). Scared the crap out of us. The floors creek when walking on them. The toilet was dirty. The bathroom doorknob was loose, seem about to come off and the door got jammed a few times so we were afraid to close the bathroom door all the way. The internet didn't work. The walls and doorways were filthy. The shower nozzle was loose. We just couldn't believe the conditions of this place. We would have switched hot but you can imagine all hotel being booked due to holiday.

The daytime staff had bad attitudes and didn’t like helping people.

The room was actually clean and very cold which I appreciate on a hot Florida day. The pool was big and a lot of people were enjoying it. There wasn’t a lot of choices for the continental breakfast, but at least it was there and had lots of hot coffee options!

Always great service and friendly employees

The lobby building is beautiful inside. Staff was patient and kind checking in. Room very nice, comfy bed. Slept like a baby. Would recommend

The floors had not been cleaned in our room. We never had housekeeping come to clean our room during our stay.
