I was surprised by how tidy and clean. I have never said there before but will consider it more in the future

I loved the staff, not one person gave me a feeling that I was not important to them.

The first floor does smell of food. The restaurant is attached to the lobby so you fdo know the reason why but if your waiting in the lobby for someone the food smell could linger on you. The good news is that they are upgrading the facility with improvements.

Deveriam informar no site antes de nós reservamos que a piscina não iria esta aberta no final de semana e que estão de obra bem em cima de nossas cabeças, foi horrível, eu peguei esse hotel por que tinha uma piscina externa e jacuzzi, mas a piscina estava fechada logo no final de semana e a jacuzzi não existia, as fotos do site são enganosas, a jacuzzi foi fechada tendo um jardim no lugar e a obra cima do meu quarto funcionou até domingo. Não me deixando dormi pela manhã, se fosse para eu acordar 7am e não doemi nada teria ficado em casa com o meu baby, mas vim passar um final de semana para descansar e não aconteceu isso. As fotos dos quartos não são reais.
