Reception staff was rude and not helpful at all.....not provided any toiletries and hotel was absolute mess not clean at all...only 1 staff was present on reception and no 1 else was in hotel to assist.....altogether a bad experience staying in al hemra

I got scammed by the property manager where made me pay for my stay. 300DH per night and refused to accept the proof of payment that I had on my phone and tried to explain to him that I paid online and I’m just here to check in and made me pay again and put it straight in his pocket in front of me.
