Quality Inn & Suites Apex - Holly Springs NC

I had a reservation for 10 days here, they barely cleaned room. I would be gone all day and come back to a dirty room that they came in and just took out dirty towels, nothing else do to room. This place also has roaches, which I seen in my room. So I definitely didn’t eat their free breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend this nasty place at all.

Bed was old and dumpy. Hotel was dirty and unkept throughout. Found a live cockroach in the bathroom.

Beds were very comfortable. Is a good option for the price. Only complaint was there was a bit of a smell in our room but it wasn’t anything crazy.

Room dirty. Furniture being replaced on the floor was stacked up directly in front of my room. Why did they put me in a toom that was smack dab in the middle of the workers path? It wasnt full capacity, plenty of empty rooms so made no sense. Unecessarily inconvenient for all of us.

Great hotel

I only needed a place to crash for one night that was convenient to my destination in Apex. The room was updated and very clean. Outside of the room the hotel shows its age. The lobby smelled old and I almost walked out. The carpet and the elevator really showed some age. I'm surprised they haven't remedied those, since I read about them on another review. The front desk staff needs to learn to greet guests and make them feel welcome. Breakfast was non-descript, but it does the job. This hotel is good for someone just wanting a budget hotel without frills. Good for families looking for a decent place without spending a lot. I had a king bed and there was a sofa bed in the room. Also a mini fridge.

This hotel is showing its age. I did see a small roach in the bathroom when I arrived. You can't turn left out of the parking doing you need to get on the highway you have to make a U-turn. Great staff. Quiet. Lots of construction workers stay here.
