"Excellent location with great views. Apartment is spacious but dated."

The location is outstanding, views of the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu are spectacular. The apartment is spacious and the hot tub is a real bonus.

There is no carpark available in the complex and parking on the road is impossible to find. The furniture and decor are worn and dated. There are no fans in two bedrooms nor air conditioning, only in the main rooms. This would be a problem in summer.

Fantastic view of the lake, especially from the hot tub! Good location; 5 mins walk to the centre of town and next to the bus stop to take you to and from the airport.

Perfect location with an easy short walk into town and a very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment each with their own bathroom. Great Host company who were very helpful and easy to contact if needed. Beautiful electric fireplace and lovely hot spa on the huge balcony and heated flooring throughout the apartment! All the comforts of home were provided which allowed us to feel right at home on our holiday.

There was no assigned parking to this apartment as the owner kept a car in the allocated spot so finding parking on street was extremely difficult and we had to park a really long distance away in a back street up very steep hills!. The Peppers Hotel staff in the building eventually told us we could use the underground parking during daytime but would have to pay $30 per night to keep it there which we did as long as we could find an empty spot!

Amazing location spa is great.

Not a whole lot wrong. The parking situation is a bit of a nightmare had to pay for parking but was also told that the apartment should have its own carparks with it by reception. Not to worry

"Lovely view but apartment is very tired"

Apartment is quite tired. Lounge has seen better days. Street parking was extremely difficult to find. Onsite parking was $30 per day. Hardly anywhere space to hang clothes.
