Nothing there was nothing to like.

The hotel room was very bad. Had a bad odor/smell, everything looked dirty the, the bed cover looked dirty like it hasn't been washed in a long time. Microwave was dirty, small fridge did not cool and looked a bit dirty. There were smears on the walls of roaches being smashed and smeared. Bad, bad, very bad!!!

Substandard and dismal. I specifically asked for a room with handicapped facilities. A very slippery floor. A grab bar with no grip. A shower chair with broken legs and an attitude when I requested more towels. And check-in was worse. I had called Wyndham Rewards to book and (I have been a Ramada Club member since 1969) the booking process took three phone calls and almost an hour.

The location.

The rooms , the cable is trash 'the bar downstairs is loud as shit parking sucks the whole building is falling apart.

Man at front desk was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming.

It was cheap.

Beds: uncomfortable. Room: mostly clean but walls were dirty and beat up. Pool: Nasty. Walls: paper thin. Floor: thinner than the walls. Apparently Tuesday is karaoke night at the lounge and it goes until past 12 when I finally fell asleep, no ma'am you do not sound like Whitney Houston. I trust no food that may have been served there since the whole place smells of mildew so I didn't even try the breakfast. The front desk tried to put 3 people in one bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds.

Staff was awesome. Close to Comanche County event center.

AC smelled like urine, probably filter needed to be cleaned. Waffle or Pancakes would be great.

Hetal was very cordial and quite pleasant at the front desk. She was not only helpful, she was efficient and overall checking in was a positive experience. The first few minutes set the tone of the hotel experience. Hetal made that first few minutes marvelous . The room was suitable for the price, clean bed, a/c and a good shower. Just what a traveler would expect.

There was nothing that I liked at all.

The handicapped room has not been kept up to code. The shower chair was bent. The shower assist rail came off the wall. This caused my wife to be taken to the ER for injury.

The bed was comfortable

The property was dirty. The floor was sticky. We had people outside our room around 2-3am talking about, only having a knife. But wanted to get a gun. We don’t feel too safe after that.
