No issues what so ever

This is our 2nd time staying here, the 1st time, the pool is closed so the 2nd time I called beforehand and they say it's open. But when we got there no one give us a notice that the pool will open at 12pm, whereas the website says it will open at 10am. That's the main reason of our stay, just to swim. We have a business on the afternoon after checkin til night, the only time for us to swim is in the morning. In the morning before checkout, Little did we know, it was closed, my 2 boys (5yo & 2yo) are already dressed up to swim, they even have their floaties. They were so sad and disappointed. This will be the last time we'll book here. Why is it that they open at 12nn after the 11am checkout time??

Was difficult to check in 4 rooms due to 3rd party booking

Great staff. Good location, looks that they have a nice pool, but it was not operating yet. The whole hotel is a little older but very clean.

I was not able to receive an invoice for my stay. Even when escalated, the true booking.com NO complimentary water - this should be standard.
