"Rude Staff & Highway Nightmare"

The room was clean and the bed quality was good.

Some of the staff we dealt with were quite rude, but the biggest problem was our room’s location right next to a noisy highway interchange with almost zero sound insulation — it felt like we were sleeping directly on the roadside, the traffic noise was deafening and made sleep nearly impossible, and to make matters worse, the heater was blowing hot air directly onto the bed; other rooms facing away might be quieter, but our experience was terrible.
