The room floor wasn’t clean, no vending machine

The staff was great!!! The elevators were broken. The pool was close for half the day.

Loved the stay

The carpet was absolutely filthy the entire length of every hallway. There is no way on Earth you have been vacuuming. The railings from the first to second floor are disgustingly coated with an extremely disconcerting filth. Every single doorway to rooms needs to be painted. The hot water did not work in the room. Your parking lot had trash, abandoned cars (flat tires with filth around the bottom of wheels indicating the car has not been moved in weeks) and people hanging out (sitting down) that appeared homeless - for hours. When checking out, I placed the keys in the bin, and the woman did not say anything to me – did not stop typing nor even asking how my stay was. I told her about the carpets, and she said “We do vacuum” – no apologies at all. I can't imagine why you are reaching out for my evaluation of your premises - it is abundantly clear that you could care less about what anyone would think - including the Ramada chain. I would be totally ashamed to work there. I will be reaching out to Ramada.

When i arrived at this property (3pm) We went to our room and there was noise all around in just about every room. Also upon checking in there was a bit of a storm and it blew the power out of the entire hotel. They had the hotel running on a tiny generator and gave no ETA whatsoever on when power would be back on. This place was a complete mess and do not make your decision off of the pictures it looks nothing like the real thing. Also be ready to walk up some stairs because the elevator doesnt work!

The lobby dirty. Bathrooms in lobby dirty don’t flush no toilet paper. Carpets dingy. Needs painting. Very run down. Elevator broken all day. Vending machine no snacks Terrible hotel

I can not believe this place is open for operations. Do not believe pictures. Bugs in the room and the entire property is just ran down.

My recent stay at [Ramada Wyndham] in New Jersey was deeply disappointing. The hallways were visibly dirty and neglected, creating an unpleasant first impression. Despite a note from management promising daily room and bathroom cleaning, our room was not serviced once during our 2-night, 3-day stay. Breakfast was another letdown. The selection was limited to bread only—no coffee, eggs, or other staples, making it an inadequate start to the day. When we requested extra soap bars for our bathroom (which only had one), the front desk staff was unresponsive. We had to ask 4-5 times before receiving them, and their attitude showed a clear lack of care. Overall, the poor cleanliness, unfulfilled promises, and indifferent staff made this a terrible experience. If I could, I’d give this hotel negative stars. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Dirty and bugs in the room

Rooms were not cleaned. They should clean the rooms it’s not sanitary. Hairci. Your bed when your with your significant other is really disturbing
