The staff were fabulous!! We were given a big room near the exit door so we could easily take our dog out. Thank you for everything.

The room design could use some work, but we were only there for a short stay - so it was OK.

Fabulous hotel- one of the best I've ever stayed in- and I'm 90 years old. Wonderful room and superb breakfast room. Loved the high chairs and the marble table!

The location of the hotel was ideal for our family visit. The cleanliness of the rooms my nephew and I stayed in on the second floor were both impressive. The cleaning staff on the second floor taking care of rooms 217 and 215 really deserve recognition. They do an amazing job! The halls, breakfast area, and elevators were very clean as well.

In our rooms with two beds each, the chairs were not comfortable at all, especially after the long drive we had from home. Maybe we're just not used to sitting on the bed to relax when not wanting to sleep. Also, perhaps at least one of the pillows on the beds should be firm. It was a bit of a struggle to get comfortable when trying to sleep.

I didn't like housekeeping pounding on my door at 8:15 in the morning on the day of checkout, Even though I had the do not disturb sign on the outside of the door ......the site says I had an up until noon to be checked out and I had planned on sleeping until 9:30 in the morning because I was up late the previous night. I did mention it to the desk help when I checked out.
