The room was clean and modern and very comfortable. We did not take advantage of the gym,, pool or business office.

The room was very nice but a bit dark. Maybe add a brighter reading floor lamp?

"Great choice near Syracuse Airport"

This hotel was a very good choice near the Syracuse airport. It was easy to request the free shuttle for pickup at the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it was easy to adjust the heat to the preferred temperature. The free breakfast buffet was handy - I prefer the cold offerings, but there were plenty of choices. I had a relaxing stay. I generally find Hampton Inns to be pleasant, and this was no exception.

Breakfast was very good. 24 hour coffee is a huge hit for me! Lounge area was nice to sit and have breakfast with friends. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. 5 Stars!

An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice. Alternate seating in the lounge area, sofa or chairs, rather than tables.
