We only booked this hotel because it is the only option in Paragould with an indoor pool. Do not waste your money. The adult pool nor kid pool was heated. It was freezing. I checked in with property management 48 hours before our stay. I was told it was “heated and functioning”. My grown husband was freezing so our 7 and 1 year old daughters did not even want to touch the pool. The child’s 2 foot pool was even colder than the adult pool. We checked in at 4:30. There was one person working at the hotel. He did not want to tend to much outside of staying at the front desk “in case anyone walked in for check in”. I get he didn’t want to miss them. He needed help. Breakfast was ok. Our two non smoking rooms smelled extremely musty. Turning on the air helped some but not much. Overall, I give the place a 6/10. Will not be returning. Stay somewhere else in Paragould or stay in Jonesboro with an indoor pool and make the drive to Paragould if needed.

I booked this room for my daughter and her husband. No one notified me that they were kicked out because they were not 21 years old. I booked this room and took full responsibility..... I SHOULD HAVE BEEN PERSONALLY NOTIFIED! This is a horrible way to do business!

It's a great location with lots of parking

Staff wasn't friendly and housekeeping started knocking on our doors at 8am in the morning. They didn't just knock once either. They kept knocking through the morning. Even just came right in our rooms and didn't give us time to answer the door. I was changing at one point when they just walked in. Our check out time was not until 11am, Yet we were rushed to be out of the room. We were not very happy with this stay at all.
