Exelente ubicacion...

Muy mal insonorizada la habitación. la platica de los vecinos del cuarto de enseguida se escuchaba como si los tuviera en mi cuarto. no dejaron dormir... ademas el desayuno buffet estaba frío y los empleados del hotel servían los platos como si fuera comida china, la comida amontonada y demasiada que no se te apetecía...

Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación, frente a la Macroplaza.

La atención del personal de recepción no fue amable, podías estar allí frente a ellos y no preguntan que necesitas. La habitación la encontramos con basura, y tras 4 días seguía allí la misma basura, por lo que la limpieza no es buena, también encontramos una botella de agua abierta en la habitación. No funcionó el sistema extractor del baño de la habitación, se concentra en la habitación los olores del baño. Fuiimos a conocer el área de alberca y no dan ganas de entrar, además de que la puerta se bloquea y te quedas encerrado en esa zona, debes llamar por teléfono para que alguien acuda por ti. El desayuno es el mismo, no hay variedad, y a menos que llegues a la hora que comienza el servicio, encontrarás las mesas sucias y no puedes tomar tus bebidas, debes esperar a que te toque que te atienda un mesero, son pocos y la atención no es buena. Los baños del área de comedor sucios y con muy mal olor y las puertas no dan privacidad, tienen las bisagras rotas. La televisión es análoga, solamente funciona con el sistema de cable, no puedes usar plataformas.
