"Habitacion de miedo"

El sazon del desayuno y la atencion del personal fue muy buena, la ubicacion esta excelente y el estacionamiento si tiene auto rentado es una gran ayuda.

La habitacion que me dieron estuvo de lo peor que he visto en mucho tiempo... la cama rota, el colchon deformado, los muebles rotos la silla del escritorio con la tela totalmente desgarrada, la alfombra hecha bola, la habitacion tenia mal olor y al abrir la ventana esta se cayo porque estab tambien rota... sin exagerar la habitacion fue la 716 si no mal recuerdo, tuve que pedir cambioi de habitacion y me fue otorgada aunque me dijeron que la vista no era tan buena (lo que menos me impoirtaba), la habitacion estuvo mucho mejor aunque la cama tambien estaba con las patas rotas. En general es un hotel centrico que se agradece mucho la ubicacion pero es un edificio antiguo que le hace falta mucho cariño.. si tienes otra opcion piensalo dos veces.

Fue un desayuno agradable, la ubicación es lo que más encanta, personal muy amable y agradable.

El buffet de desayuno me pareció un poquito limitado pero agradable :) las instalaciones son cómodas pero, honestamente, siento que le hace falta un muy buen mantenimiento e inversión, había un acceso que estaba fuera de servicio, la tarjeta del hotel a cada rato se desactivaba, el agua se salía de la regadera al bañarse y la habitación mantenía un olor como a tierra o.o

Hab. Al llegar nos dieron sin limpiar . Nos cambiaron . Y luego elevadores rotos y atorados mucho tiempo para subir o bajar . Restaurante improvisado para desayuno . Malo y feo . Ya luego el sierra madre todo bien para comer .

La atención del personal es muy cálida.

Valdría la pena modernizar lo un poco, ya que la ubicación es extraordinaria pero si ya está viejito el hotel.
