Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tallahassee Conf Center I-10

The location of the property was good for this visit to Tallahassee, Florida.

The hotel charged us for 3 days when we verifiably only stayed 2 days. When I called to speak with management, they said they showed we stayed 3 days, even when our checkout invoice confirmed only 2 days. The hotel staff and management are incompetent and have a zero interest to investigate their failures, always trying to find a way to do as little as possible to correct a problem THEY created. A horrible experience with the billing AFTER we checked out and departed the property and city. Very disappointed with the disregard for customer service.

Hotel rooms are dated Rust everywhere Bathroom not accommodating with no sink countertop space, rust everywhere, not even a hook behind the bathroom door. Stained carpet, no iron, when I requested the unfriendly gentleman at the front desk said make sure we return it, ask for a late checkout since we checked in late around midnight was told $35 for 30 or 45 minutes. Yes I did appreciate the price but rooms need to be updated & carpet removed...

This facility is dated, dirty and disappointing. We paid nearly $400 for this room. I’m shocked Wyndham keeps this facility open. Everything from water stains on the ceiling, threadbare sheets and lumpy pillows. The air conditioner was leaking and the room smelled musty. The bathroom was dirty with questionable stains on the wall. We were charged a $100 deposit because the room was designated non-smoking, but there were cigarette burns on the bed cover. FSU parents weekend and they totally took advantage of us. I’m disappointed.
