Hampton Inn Eden

We have stayed here twice now, easy to get to, parking is good, place is clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was great! Lots of options. Bed was very comfortable. My wife and i both love sleeping right next to eaxh other but the large king size bed gave the opportunity to spread out too

Convenient location.

The only elevator is too slow.

Staff and clean

I was charged twice by the hotel then booking.com. I was charged twice.

Unfriendly, unwelcoming staff (exception: Breakfast Area Lady and person Sunday morning who did say goodbye), bed half-made when we arrived (pile of pillows and coverlet piled in a corner), internet did not work (Staff: "We have a lot of problems with that.") Hotel is clean and bathroom looks like it's been recently remodeled. Overall this property is not the Hilton quality we have come to expect. Disappointing. Alas: It's still the best place in town, above the other Baymonts and "Executive Inn"s and the like.

Check in was a hassle. It took three times to get checked in. Each estimated time frame was missed.

Decent place. Probably the best place in the area. But the pool was closed 3 of the days I was there and the temps were in the upper 90s. My room (114) had a walk in shower that created a mess on the floor every time I took a shower. The toilet leaked around it's base causing a constant puddle around the toilet. The staff was friendly and everything else was find. Breakfast was okay... not bad and nothing to write home to either.

The hotel was very clean, modern & comfortable. They let me register a few hours early because of the heat, which I really appreciated.
