"SHORT TRIP TO EDEN NC"

THIS IS PROBABLY THE BEST HOTEL IN THE SMALL CITY. VERY NICE FRONT DESK STAFF, VERY NICE LADY SERVING BREAKFAST. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN IF I WENT BACK TO THAT CITY. WAS THERE FOR A WEDDING.

Due to my own oversight, I left two rings in my hotel room. I left them in a coffee cup supplied by the hotel. Approximate value was $4500.00. I did not realize my mistake until I arrived home. Ryan was personable, professional and kind. He actually went through trash, attempting to find my rings. Even though my rings were not found, kudos to Ryan. He went above and beyond his duty.

"Safety concern"

Room clean, staff was nice just did not deliver on guarantees.

We had a wheelchair handicapped family member that booked an accessible room on the first floor in advance which was not delivered on. Our family was assured over the phone by staff the room was booked. Huge safety issue as in a fire or power outage he would have been stuck on the second floor. Not only that, but the non-accessible rooms have really high beds which as someone without working legs, he struggled to get into. These issues should never happen.
