Delta Hotels by Marriott Burlington

It was easy to get to; the property around the hotel and in the lobby was very nice.

The pool area was very warm; the toilet had a hard time flushing; if we were supposed to be sleeping under a duvet, the cover was open around our heads; the layout of the room was uncomfortable - we entered the room through the bathroom????;

Flight was delayed due to weather conditions however room wS clean quite resturant on site was excellent and shuttle service was provided to and from the airport

We arrived late after a long delay at the airport. Woman (sorry I forgot her name) was extremely pleasant and personable. Clearly she enjoys her job.

Great hotel for a long weekend in Burlington. Close to everything, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The pool needs some updating and appeared dirty but everything else the hotel offered was perfect!! Would stay here again.

The property is well maintained and reflects the expected standards of a Marriott-affiliated hotel. The structure is attractive and clean.

The service fell short on multiple occasions. Staff were often unavailable, and we were repeatedly told this was due to the July 4th holiday and a reduced team. While we understand it’s a national holiday, this is no excuse in the hospitality industry, where guests expect consistent service regardless of the date. Breakfast on July 4th was especially disappointing. Although we were informed by email that a continental breakfast would be offered instead of the usual service, what was provided was extremely basic and of noticeably low quality.
