TV didn’t work

7 eleven was within walking distance. Room was large. Bed was comfortable.

Not enough outlets in room. Bathroom door was difficult to open an shut. There was dirty socks under the bed.

The facilities were clean and comfortable.

On the day of our stay the people in the room next door were having a loud party. It got to the point that it became violent, with loud banging, doors slamming and many voices loudly swearing. This went on until late into the night. Apparently, several guests, including me, called the office to complain. I called at midnight. There was no answer because the manager and hotel security were allegedly having a confrontation with the rowdy animals( guests?). The incident calmed down around 3 pm, but we got very little sleep that night. When we checked out the manager was very sympathetic to our plight and explained what the staff did to de-escalate the situation. He said he would ask Booking.com for a 50% rebate off our stay. We appreciated that. Now, it's up to Booking.com.

Location was great!

Rooms are extremely worn out and desperate for a renovation. Room smelled old and dirt. Things were falling apart. However, the size of the room was really good.
