"A Wonderful Stay with Incredible Support"

I stayed here for 4 nights in room 1210. From the moment we checked in, all the lobby and reception staff were very friendly and informative. My husband even received a complimentary room upgrade from the one booked by his office. The breakfast was quite good, and all the restaurant staff were also very friendly and attentive. On our last night, I suddenly experienced severe abdominal pain, and my husband planned to take me to the nearest hospital. The duty manager on duty at that time (Mr. Yusuf) responded very quickly and kindly assisted us. He immediately sent staff and a wheelchair to our room to help me downstairs. When we arrived at the lobby, Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Ayi had already prepared a car to take us to the hospital. Thank you so much for your kindness and for helping me and my husband 🙏
