Maggiore attenzione all’arrivo dei clienti In una camera segnata, non ci può essere il frigo spento l’aria condizionata spenta La SPA deve essere funzionante all’arrivo dei clienti e non attivata solo dopo, con tempi di attivazione di oltre un ora e mezza ( quindi non utilizzabile) La colazione deve essere nettamente migliorata
